Course Summary
This is a fun course that takes you from knowing nothing about SOLIDWORKS to getting familiarized with essential features of SOLIDWORKS by 3D modeling Pokémon! During the course, you will learn the basic features of SOLIDWORKS and the significance of features' order in the design tree. Practice using SOLIDWORKS and create the greatest possible resemblance of the SOLIDWORKS model to the actual Pokémon.

Course Instructors
Theodoros Leftheris
Theodoros Leftheris is a passionate SOLIDWORKS user. As a member of TforDesign he designs models for educational purposes to stimulate the students into their SOLIDWORKS experience. He is also an instructor of the 'Model Pokemon using SOLIDWORKS' course. He is graduate Mechanical Engineer with a BS and MSc degree. He always commits into applying the engineering principles to his design initiatives.
In 2019, he was accredited for his innovative way of thinking in design engineering as a participant in the bucking analysis test. He continuously tries to enrich his professional experience in engineering by pursuing further certifications.
In his free time, he uses SOLIDWORKS for fun projects to keep himself on track
Tayseer Almattar
Tayseer Almattar is the founder of TforDesign and co-founder of ideabee Design Consultancy. He holds a bachelor's (B.S.) degree in mechanical engineering and a Master of Design (MDes) degree in international design and business management. He has many years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, and quality assurance. He has also been an avid user of SOLIDWORKS for over 10 years and has published multiple online SOLIDWORKS training courses with over 40,000 enrolled students from over 120 countries. In addition, he authored the book 'Learn SOLIDWORKS 2020' published by Packt Publishing.
Tayseer is interested in the use of design principles and technology to add value to different organizations. He is also passionate about sustainability and how design can help to build more sustainable organizations.
